Part 1: KEY FEATURES

1.1 What is Save to Win?

Save to win is a savings product offered by DigMo where customers, instead of receiving interest, for every 10 ZMW in the Save to Win account every day, is given a raffle ticket. The raffle tickets are then entered into a prize draw for the chance to win life changing cash prizes. The more money that is saved and the longer the money is saved for, the more tickets the customer will have in the draw.

1.2 Save to Win Key Features

• Anyone aged 18 over, residing in Zambia can open an account with DigMo and participate in Save to Win. 
• The minimum amount for each raffle ticket is 10 ZMW.
• Transfers to the Save to Win account can only be from the customer's DigMo wallet.
• There is no minimum or maximum amount that can be transferred to Save to Win, although users will only be eligible for the draw once they have 10 ZMW saved, which will grant the user one ticket.  
• Customers can withdraw from their savings account at any time, funds will be transferred to the customers main DigMo wallet. Funds can be withdrawn from the customer’s DigMo wallet at any time at no extra charge other than normal withdrawal fees.
• An account will remain active for a period of 1 year (after which it will become dormant) even with a zero balance and will only close upon the closure of the DigMo wallet.
• Prizes are subject to Withholding Tax Deductions of 15% which is paid directly to Zambia Revenue Authority as required by the Income Tax Act.
• Prizes are paid directly to the customer's Save to Win account.
• Customers can easily manage their Save to Win account via the DigMo web application, including depositing, withdrawing and viewing information on raffle tickets for upcoming prize draws. 

1.3 About the Prize Draw

For every 10 ZMW the user saves,  a raffle ticket is generated. Tickets are generated every day, so for example if you have 10 ZMW in your savings account for three days, you will have three raffle tickets. Eligible tickets for the upcoming draw are available to view in the Save to Win section of your DigMo account. Prize draws will be executed on a weekly basis. The draws are random in nature to ensure fairness.

• At the beginning of the new draw period, DigMo will announce the new draw details including the start and end date (the qualifying period) together with information on the prizes.
• The draw is given a unique raffle ID, which is generated by random.org.
• Each day, raffle tickets are generated based on the amount of savings each user has in their Save to Win wallet. 
• On the end date time, all tickets are sent to random.org together with the raffle ID for the draw.  
• The winning tickets are returned by random.org.
• One user can win more than one prize during the same raffle.
• Users are notified via text message about the raffle and can check if they won in the DigMo app.
• The prizes are paid immediately to users' Save to Win account. 
• Prizes are paid net of 15% withholding tax which is remitted directly to Zambia Revenue Authority. 
• Once prize draw results are published, they are final and binding.

Part 2: TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.1 Customer Agreement

When a customer opens a Save to Win account, the customer is accepting the terms and conditions as outlined in this document. These terms and conditions apply to the Save to Win account only, for full terms and conditions as a DigMo customer can be found in the general terms and conditions document.

2.2 Account Terms

2.1 Who can Save to Win?

All customers with a DigMo wallet have access to the Save to Win product. To open a DigMo wallet, customers must be 18 years of age or older, be a Zambian resident and satisfy the customer onboarding identification checks. ‍

2.2 How to Save to Win?

Customers can transfer money easily from their DigMo wallet to their Save to Win account by logging into their account on the DigMo web application. It is not possible to access Save to Win without a DigMo wallet. 

2.2.3 How much can I save?

There are no restrictions on how much or how often customers can transfer to their Save to Win account from their DigMo wallet. 

2.2.4 When will your savings go into the draw?

Raffle tickets are generated each day, equivalent to one raffle ticket for every 10 ZMW saved and tickets then take part in the draw. Customers can transfer money at any point to their Save to Win account. The longer the funds are kept in the Save to Win account, the more raffle tickets are obtained, meaning more chances of winning a prize. If users don’t save the full 10 ZMW, a ‘portion of a raffle’ is allocated and transferred to the next ticket generation. 

2.2.5 How are prizes paid?

Winnings are paid to customers immediately after the prize draw, subject to a successful assurance review to ensure the winner does comply with all Terms and Conditions, to their Save to Win account and winnings are paid net of 15% Withholding Tax.

2.2.6 How to find out if you’ve won?

Prize draw results are available on the Save to Win section of the customers DigMo account. Winners will also be notified, as winnings are paid to their Save to Win account instantly. 

2.2.7 Decision is final

Once the prize draw results have been published, the results are final.

2.2.8 Withdrawing from Save to Win

Customers can withdraw funds from their Save to Win account to their DigMo account instantly at any time free of charge.  

2.2.9 Account closure

If a customer has a NIL Save to Win account balance, the account will remain active. Accounts will only be closed upon closure of the customers DigMo account. Standard DigMo terms and conditions apply. 

2.2.10 Account holder passing

Upon the passing of an account holder, any funds in the Save to Win account will be eligible for raffle tickets and entered into the prize draw until the funds are withdrawn and the account is closed in line with the standard DigMo terms and conditions. In the unfortunate event of the account holder’s death, the funds in the Prize Money account and any winnings shall be paid to the administrators of the account holders estate; subject to due diligence procedures completed by DigMo.

2.2.11 Changes to the agreement

Should there be any changes to the terms and conditions of the Save to Win account and/or the prize draw, customers will be notified in writing. 

2.2.12 Save to Win and the Law

The DigMo Save to Win product is licenced and regulated by the The Government of the Republic of Zambia Gaming Board.
